Fortescue CV945 Wash Box

Qetra was engaged by FE3D as the preferred contractor to the supply, fabricate, surface treat, and assemble the CV945 Wash Box package for end user Fortescue.

The project presented challenges due to the size and geometry of the Wash Box, and  careful consideration was given to managing heat input to prevent distortion of the stainless steel plate work. The entire assembly was fully 3D scanned post-assembly to ensure compliance to tight tolerances.

The results are a clear demonstration of Qetra’s technical expertise in precision stainless steel fabrication and project delivery for valued Clients.
